Set up Inventory for MoveSurvey

The furniture items, packing materials and rooms displayed in the Inventory and Checklist windows of MoveSurvey must first be set up in Moveware before being transferred to the application.


How to Set Up Inventory and Rooms for MoveSurvey

  1. Set up Rooms in Codes Management in Moveware.

  1. Set up furniture and packing materials in Inventory Management in Moveware. 

The Rooms that each Furniture or Packing item appears under can be set in the “Default Rooms” field. 

The Volume and Weight set in Inventory Management will be the default Weight and Volume for the item in MoveSurvey.

Separate Inventory lists can be set for different Branches or Cost Centres.  Double click the Display Branches or Display Cost Centres field to choose specific ones if the Furniture or Packing Material should be available only for specific branches or for specific types of Jobs.
