Type | Inventory Type. Also a Search Filter – select the Inventory type using the dropdown at the top of the column to filter the list. |
Name/Number | Inventory Number. Also a Search Filter – enter name/number to filter the list. |
Description | Description. Also a Search Filter – enter description to filter the list. |
Brch | Branch. Also a Search Filter – enter the Branch to filter the list |
Location | Storage Location. Also a Search Filter – enter the Location to filter the list |
Date | Date Used. Also a Search Filter – enter date used to filter the list |
Action | The Diary Action this resource will be used on. |
Calc | Packing type. Supply & (P)ack if you are supplying the material to the client, and packing it. (S)upply only if you are supplying the client with the material for them to pack themselves. |
Extra | Quantity of extra materials that the crew brought with them on top of what was estimated. |

Rate | The Cost Rate of the Resource. |
Est Cost | The Estimated Cost of the Resource (Rate multiplied by Est.) |
Act | Actual number of Resources. |
Act Cost | The Actual Cost of the Resource. |
Sell Rate | The Sell Rate of the Resource. |
Sell Price | The Sell Price of the Resource (Sell Rate multiplied by Act.). |
Return | Number of Inventory items returned from the Job. |
