Feedback Notification (MoveClient/MovePartner)

To setup Feedback Notification to relevant Moveware users.

 Instructions

How Moveware checks users to include in the notification list.

1. Find all users with 'Feedback' set in Notify field while matching the Employee Branch or Branches with Job Branch

2. If no users found in #1, find any users with 'Feedback' notifications without the branch matching

3. Moveware independently checks system parameter “WebNotifyReps“.
   e.g. if the parameter value is ‘MM,SR' with sub-group 'Spare2’ (Sales Admin), it will include Move Manager, Salesrep, and Sales Admin user to the notification list.

In summary if user(s) are found in condition 1, Moveware will skip the user check condition 2. The system parameter in condition 3 will ALWAYS add the users that it finds to the list.
