Rate Requests – Details

The Details tab of the Rate Request (Quotes to Agents) module collects information about the request in several fields. These details may be updated at any time. This screen is where you Add a New Rate Request and Convert a Booked Rate Request to a Job.
Interface
The Details tab interface contains a variety of information regarding each Rate Request. The sections are as follows:
Information about the Origin side of the move.
Information about the Destination side of the move.
Various additional information about the move such as Service, Method, Weights and Volumes.
The list of quote templates available to generate the quote and the methods of providing the quote to the agent.
The line items that have been quoted to the agent. These lines are best added through the Costing tab.
