Job Folder

What is the job folder?

In Moveware, the creation of a new job also prompts the creation of a job specific file folder located on a secure Moveware filer server. You can choose to keep job specific documents and attachments in this file folder for easy access, as all users can view this folder and all its contents. 

In order to access this folder, simply select the folder icon labelled “Attachments” [ ]. This will automatically open the job specific folder.

This folder works just like any other “Windows” folder, where you can copy and paste as needed.  

This location can also have sub folders by default.
