Cancel a Pending Waybill in MoveTransfer

It may be necessary to stop a pending Waybill from being sent electronically to your Destination Agent.  If required, the only way to stop the export process is to change the status of the MoveTransfer diary action from Pending to another status by cancelling the Waybill in the MoveConnect window or Waybills module.

How to Cancel a Waybill

1. In the main menu of Moveware navigate to Sales > MoveConnect or Operations > MoveConnect.

2. Locate and select the pending Waybill to be cancelled.

3. Click the Cancel [ ] button and click Yes to finalise the process.

4. The status of Waybill will now be set to Cancelled.
