Decline a Quote in MoveClient

Once a quote is submitted, your moving company will review the information you have provided and produce one or several quote options. Each of these options may then be accepted or declined.

To decline a quote:

1. Navigate to the Quotations page. A list of all quote options provided by your removal company is displayed.

2. Click the Decline Quote button.

3. The status of the quote option will change to declined, indicated by the cross icon  .
