View Client Feedback on Web Portal


Client feedback questionnaires are set up in the Jobs module and displayed in the Feedback section of MoveClient and MovePartner. A message is sent to alert the Moveware user once a client has filled in the questionnaire.

To view client feedback:

  1. Navigate to the Jobs module, select the required job and navigate to the Review tab.

  2. The client’s ratings and corresponding scores are displayed, along with any comments. The total and average ratings are displayed.
