Web Portal – Manage Feedback includes:

Client Feedback can be entered by the client directly onto the Portal, which will then update the Review page of the Job as soon as the feedback is submitted. Customized feedback questionnaires may be created, see Setting up Client Feedback.

You will also receive notification of received feedback as a pop-up notification/reminder. To set up reminders see Set up Employee for Reminders.
