Importing Exchange Rates

The Exchange Rates screen allows you to load multiple exchange rates into Moveware using an Excel (csv) file.

Click the ? icon to view the required format to import.

Clicking this icon brings a popup which details the order in which columns must be populated on the csv file. In other words, Column A of the csv file should contain the Base Currency, while Column B must contain the Currency To.

Each cell on the csv file also must meet the system requirements. For example, the date needs to match the date format in Moveware (dd/mm/yy or mm/dd/yy depending on your country).

Click the Import button to begin the importing process.

This opens a popup window. Click the Browse button to choose the csv file containing the exchange rates for import. Choose the file from computer, and click the Validation button to ensure there are no errors with the data.

If no errors are present, click the Import button to load the exchange rates.
