Remote Printers

The Remote Printers window can be accessed here: Administration > Moveware Setup > Remote Printers.

Remote Printing refers to when the Moveware File Server is handling all Printing rather than printing being performed via client workstations.

The Remote Printers window allows the setup of an improved naming structure to be used and allows users to link a local printer name to a Moveware File Server Print queue.

However: the Remote Printers window is only used when Moveware has been configured to run Remote Printing and with advancements in Terminal Server printing is not widely used.
