MoveConnect Log Viewer

The MoveConnect Log Viewer screen is designed to display the current status of the MoveConnect system. The two views available to the user are:

The MoveConnect system can perform a wide variety of actions, including the following:

Downloads any pending MoveTransfer/MoveQuote files on our Web Server (Movesupport) and stores this in the XML folder.
Review and import any files found in the Moveconnect XML folder into Moveware.
Third party interfaces – review and import any files found in their respective XML folder into Moveware.
Downloads any updated Moveware code.
Sends any automated emails scheduled.
Sends any automated SMS scheduled.
Sends any MoveTransfer items.
Sends any scheduled Reports (Auto-schedule Reports Module).
Sends any Third-party interfaces related data required to be sent (e.g. Nedvan, Relotracker, EasyDPS, Weichert etc.).

Every two minutes MoveConnect performs a ‘Send’ and ‘Receive’ action related tasks as described above.

Column	Description
Date/Time	For System Type ‘MWC Logs’ - Date/time of event. For System Type ‘Files’ – Date/time when this file was last changed.
System	There are two types, ‘MWC Logs’ for MoveConnect logs and ‘Files’ which lists the last time the Moveware code file was released to client systems. We use this ‘Files’ browser to compare with the nightly updates – if the nightly update file has a newer date it will download this file into your system.
Type	For system ‘MWC Logs’ this tells us what action it’s currently performing, whether it’s begun it’s sending or receiving related actions.
Description	Description of Moveconnect Log Event.
Filename	Name of the code file name.
Folder	The folder where this code file name is located
