Claims
The Claims menu contains two Moveware modules:
Claims Management: A repository of all claims made by your customers. Claims are generally added on a Job, and Claims Management contains all Claims entered on all Jobs.
Missing Items / Damages. A company wide list of missing and damaged items is displayed in the Missing Items window and can be used to assist Operations Managers in finding and coordinating searches for items that are missing or damaged.
Reports for claims can be generated from the Other tab of the Moveware Reports Module.
