Sync Virtual Diary in Outlook Appointment

If you use the ‘Virtual’ survey type, it is useful to keep the Survey date in Moveware in sync with your Outlook appointment. Follow the instructions below to do so.

1. In Codes Management, select Survey from the drop-down menu on the left-hand side. Ensure Code Value = Virtual.

2. Create the diary action called ‘Virtual Survey’:

Key Action = Survey
Appointment = Y
Synch with Outlook = Y

3. The Virtual Survey appointment is then synced to Outlook Appointment.
