Customer Management – History

The History tab of Customer Management details of all current and previous Jobs for the selected Customer.  At the bottom of the screen, the total number of Jobs and the total volume moved is displayed.  The jobs may be listed by Customer or Parent Customer using the toggle in the top-left of the screen.  The Customer’s Job history is automatically updated by Moveware when a Job is linked to a Customer.


How to View a Customer’s History

  1. In the main menu navigate to Customers > Customer Management. Existing Customers are displayed in alphabetical order.

  2. To find the required Customer, use the search boxes to filter the Customer records.  See Searching for Customers for further details.

  3. Select the Customer and click on the History tab.

  4. Search boxes above the list of Jobs enable the Job records to be filtered to find specific Jobs. 

  5. Double click on a Job to view the details in the Details tab of the Job Management module.
