Web Portal – Configure Web Forms

Online forms can be configured using MoveQuote (part of the MoveClient module) and added to your website. This allows new clients to complete an online form which is either e-mailed to your company or directly uploaded into Moveware.
Clients can then be redirected to the full MoveClient product, where they will be able view their correspondence and accept or decline any quotes.
Web forms are set up from the Web Setup window in Moveware. Navigate to Administration > Moveware Setup > Web Types in the main menu of Moveware.
Web Forms
Web forms are may be set up to allow customers to submit a range of information via your company website. Forms may be set up to collect information ranging from a full commercial or domestic quote including inventory, to a quote request or customer contact information. An embedded form or full page form may be used, depending on your company requirements.
The default web form is a Domestic type. Commercial and other types of forms may also be listed. Web portal allows you to do the following:
