Configure the Inventory Form on Web Portal
The inventory section of a quote form allows potential clients to provide a detailed inventory of their move, giving you as much information as possible to produce an accurate quote.
To add an inventory form:
1.Follow all steps in Create a Web Form on Web Portal, setting the Code Value to your code used for domestic or commercial/office quote forms.
2.Follow the steps in Modify a Web Form on Web Portal to add the ‘Inventory is Mandatory’, ‘Picklist and Manual Inventory Radio’, ‘Default Picklist’ and ‘Items To be Moved’ sections to the form.
3.Click the Upload Settings to Test Website button to upload the form to the test website for review. When the form is complete upload it to your company MoveConnect website by clicking the Upload Settings to Live Website button.
