Quality reviews are questionnaires/checklists used in Moveware to monitor performance and can be used as a reminder to ensure all items are completed. This module can be accessed from Administration > Setup > Review Setup.
There are 3 types of quality reviews:
Client Reviews: reviews completed by the client. For more information, refer to: Jobs – Review.
Crew Reviews: reviews completed by the crew using Moveware’s Mobi application. For more information, refer to: Mobi User Guide for Crews.
Survey Reviews: reviews completed by the surveyor using Moveware’s Mobi application. For more information, refer to: Mobi User Guide for Surveyors.
