Publish a Formal Quote on Web Portal

Quotes requests submitted online by clients are processed normally in Moveware from the Costing tab of the Jobs module (see Managing Job Costing). To make a quote visible online for a MoveClient or MovePartner client the cost options in the Job must be locked.

To lock a cost option:

1. Navigate to the Jobs module in the main menu.

2. Filter the records in the Search tab using the quote number to find the corresponding Job.

3. Navigate to the Costing tab of the Jobs module.

4. Select the required cost option at the top of the tab.

5. Click the Lock Sell Price icon   at the top of the tab.

6. A quote with the selected cost option is now visible to the client.
