The Costing Tab is a powerful tool for pricing jobs as well as managing overall job costs. It is directly integrated with the Invoicing and Purchasing tools in Moveware and is capable of handling a wide variety of scenarios using different cost options. Each of these cost options has its own unique costing sheet, which is used for generating the quotes that will eventually become invoices. The Costing Tab is also highly-automated as it is able to quickly populate costing lines with their associated rates, greatly expediting the creation of a detailed costing sheet.
The Costing Tab can be used to:
Design and quickly review one or more cost options
Process tariff rates
Calculate foreign currency values
Handle tax conditions
Create purchase invoices for individuals costing lines
Track any accruals that accumulate against a job
