MoveSurvey – Notes

Comments and notes about a Job can be recorded in the Notes window. 

The Crew Notes section is used to store instructions for the crew, while Internal Notes about the Job are stored in the Internal Notes section.  These sections are both synchronised with the corresponding notes fields in the Jobs module in Moveware.

By default, the Internal Notes field is hidden as a precaution.  To view it, click the “Hide Internal/Show Internal” toggle.

It is also possible to add commonly used notes from a list using the   icon.  This list can be modified from inside Moveware, in Codes Management, setting the Type to “Notes”.

Any modifications to Notes should be saved before navigating to another window.
