MoveCrew – Notes

Comments and notes that office staff have recorded about a Job can be viewed in the Notes window.

The Crew Notes section is used to view job instructions for the crew, while internal information about the Job can be viewed in the Internal Notes section.  These sections are both synchronised with the corresponding notes fields in the Jobs module in Moveware.

By default, the Internal Notes field is hidden as a precaution.  To view it, tap the “Hide Internal/Show Internal” toggle in the top left.

It is also possible to add commonly used notes from a list using the  icon.  This list can be modified from inside Moveware, in Codes Management, setting the Type to “Notes”.

Any modifications to Notes should be saved before navigating to another window.
