How To Change Your Screen Resolution

If you log out of the system and log back in you should no longer have the problem. The issue is to do with your screen resolution settings which differ according to each user’s computer.

If logging out of the system and back in does not fix the resolution issue, follow the steps below:

To change the screen resolution select the window menu and then select 'change user defaults’.

After selecting change user defaults you will get the pop up below. Select the relevant screen resolution and click Save.
