To help you design your Online Quote webpage, your Moveware Support team will provide an editable template that you will need to return for our team to develop the Online Quote as fast as possible.
Moveware Fields Available for Display
A set of fields in Moveware are accessible for the Online Quote webpage.
In the following figures, all fields you can use in Online Quote are depicted. The fields hidden with a dark box are not accessible.
Job Details Tab
Employee Management Tab
Mainly used for sales representative information in introduction, acceptance, thank you for accepting and decline pages.
Costing Tab
Mainly used for the pricing section.
Inventory Tab
Mainly used for the inventory section.
Branch Management Tab
Mainly used for the footer section in all webpages (‘Online Quote’, ‘Thank you for accepting and Declined’ landing page).
Moveware fields available for client input in Online Quote
The fields that can be edited on the Online Quote webpage by the client and therefore updated into Moveware are the following:
Estimated Move Date
Packing Date
Insurance Coverage
Insured Value
Purchase Order Number
Signature – saved as an image in the Job’s folder
Feedback notes (acceptance or decline) – saved in Diary Action additional information.
