Messages sent to and received from clients in MoveClient and MovePartner are displayed in several modules in Moveware:

  • Messaging tab of Web Portal

  • Diary tab of Jobs

  • Contact tab of Customer Management module (MovePartner only).

To view client contact:

  1. In the main menu navigate to the Diary or Contact tab described above.

  2. A history of client correspondence is displayed.

  3. Select a message to view the details in the Additional Notes section at the bottom of the tab.
