The Balance Sheet category of the General Ledger tab contains reports for different Balance Sheet formats.
Balance Sheet
Balance Sheet Report in standard Format. The standard format is a portrait version that includes Period and Year-to-date figures. All Balance Sheet Reports can be consolidated by G/L Sub Code and grouped by Company, Branch & Cost Centre or a combination of these groups.
Balance Sheet Detailed
Balance Sheet Report in Detailed Format. The detailed format is a landscape version that includes Budget and Last Year’s figures.
Balance Sheet Forecast
Balance Sheet Report in Forecast Format. The forecast format is a landscape version that shows a month by month view of the selected financial year. It shows actual figures up the selected Period and budget figures for the remaining periods.
Balance Sheet Summary
Balance Sheet Report in Summary Format. The summary format is a landscape version that shows a month by month view of actual figures of the previous 12 months from the chosen period.
