Set up a Branch for the Web Portal


Company branches must be configured with Web IDs to be used by MoveClient. The branches displayed in the Add New Moves section of the MovePartner web interface may be edited to include or exclude branches. The display names of branches may also be edited.

To set up a new branch in Moveware see Branch Management.

To display a new branch:

  1. Navigate to Administration > Moveware Setup > Branches.

  2. Select the required Branch and navigate to the Setup tab.

  3. Enter a Web ID.

  4. To change the display name of the branch, enter a name in the Web Name field.

  5. Click Save.

  6. Repeat for all required branches.

Note: When a web name is entered, only branches with a web name will appear on the Add New Moves section of the MovePartner web interface. If no web names are entered, all branches will be displayed and available to the client.
