General Ledger Reports – Accounts
The Accounts category of the General Ledger tab contains reports for Account Balances, Budgets and a Tax Summary.
Account Balances
Account Balance showing a full listing of General Ledger Accounts. The report is in portrait format and shows Opening Balances, Period Balances and YTD Figures.
Account Balances Detailed
Account Balance showing a full listing of General Ledger Accounts. This detailed version of the report is in landscape format and shows Opening Balances, Period Balances and YTD Figures as well as Budget and Last Year figures.
Account Summary
Account Balance showing a full listing of General Ledger Accounts. The Summary version shows a month by month view detailing the 12 months prior to the selected period.
Account Trial Balance
Account Trial Balance showing a full listing of General Ledger Accounts including the transactions. The report shows debits and credits for the selected period.
Account Trial Balance Detailed
Account Trial Balance showing a full listing of General Ledger Accounts including the transactions. The report shows debits and credits for the selected period and also includes YTD figures.
Account Types
Listing of GL Account Types (i.e. Revenue, Assets).
Budgets
Listing of all General Ledger Accounts and their associated Budgets.
Chart of Accounts
Listing of all General Ledger Accounts showing the Type, Class and Status of each Account.
Subcodes
Listing of all General Ledger Subcodes grouped by Type. The report shows the Companies, Branches and Cost Centres allocated to each Account.
Subcodes (For Excel)
Listing of all General Ledger Subcodes grouped by Account Type. The report shows the Companies, Branches and Cost Centers allocated to each Account.
Tax Summary
The Tax Summary report shows transactions grouped by Tax Code Type and is used to help prepare Taxation Statements.
