View Quarantine Items

A list of all quarantine items is displayed in the Quarantine Register window. Jobs in the Quarantine Register window may be filtered by key quarantine action dates. These dates are Clients Reply, Request Direction, Direction Received, Direction to Ops, Delivered Treatment, Ops to Pickup and Date Returned. The dates are automatically updated from Diary dates for each corresponding action.

To view all quarantine items:

1. Navigate to International > Quarantine Register in the main menu. A list of items for quarantine inspection is displayed in order of most recently active.

2. The list of jobs can be filtered by key quarantine action dates. Check boxes next to each action at the top of the window can be used to display consignments that have had these actions either complete or incomplete. Clicking in the upper checkbox displays items where the action has been completed. Clicking in the lower checkbox displays items where the action has not been completed.

3. Double click the Job Number or the View Source   button to view the job plan details of any import.
