Cancel a Job


If a job is cancelled by your company or a customer, the status can be changed to C (Cancelled).

However: if any receipts exist for the job, the job status cannot be changed to Cancelled.

When a Job’s status is changed to Cancelled, a pop-up will display asking the user to enter the reason for the cancellation. This popup also has a “Close the Job?” field which defaults to Yes.
