Internal Phone Book

Moveware has its own Internal Phone Book, so that users don’t have to look outside the system to retrieve any of the staff’s contact details. 

This list of employee phone number and e-mails can be accessed in various ways, such as: 

• By double-clicking the ‘To’ field when composing/sending an e-mail

• By using the F5 Function Key, which will open up the Internal Phone Address Book window containing not only the staff’s phone numbers, but also those of Customers, Suppliers and Agents.
