This page describes the standard Moveware reports available in the Sales tab of the Reports module, in the Quotes section. These reports can also be run from the quick-print dropdown menu in the Jobs module.

Quote (Word)

Quotation letter to be sent to client after phone quote or home inspection. (Word Format)

Quote Domestic Ex Tax AFRA

Quotation letter (Tax Exclusive AFRA Version) to be sent to client after phone quote or home inspection. (Word Format). Designed to be used in Systems where the System Parameter for Debtors Tax Entry is set to Exclusive.

Quote Domestic Inc Tax AFRA

Quotation letter (Tax Inclusive Version AFRA) to be sent to client after phone quote or home inspection. (Word Format). Designed to be used in Systems where the System Parameter for Debtors Tax Entry is set to Inclusive.

Quote New Fields List

List of all of the available word merge fields and the data for the selected record. Useful to find a particular merge field (Word Format)
