Supplier Management – History

The History tab of Supplier Management details of all current and previous Jobs for the selected Supplier.  At the bottom of the screen, the total number of Jobs and the total volume moved is displayed.  The Supplier’s Job history is automatically updated by Moveware when a Job is linked to a Supplier.

How to View a Supplier’s History

1. In the main menu navigate to Suppliers > Supplier Management. Existing Customers are displayed in alphabetical order.
   
   

2. To find the required Supplier, use the search boxes to filter the Supplier records.  See Searching for Suppliers for further details.
   
   

3. Select the Supplier and click on the History tab.
   
   

4. Search boxes above the list of Jobs enable the Job records to be filtered to find specific Jobs. 
   
   

5. Double click on a Job to view the details in the Details tab of the Job Management module.
