Corporate (CRM) – Search Accounts
Corporate Accounts may be searched and filtered using the search fields at the top of the Search tab in the CRM module. Additional search filters are made available by clicking the View button at the bottom of the tab.
Records matching these search filters may be updated by clicking the Update button.
For instance, if I do a search for all Corporate Accounts with an Account Manager of MWA, I add the filter above and hit enter:
I can then hit the Blue checkmark at the bottom to Select the records that are visible on the screen. Deselect the records if needed using this icon

Let’s say that I want to change the Account Rep to SU1 for all the Accounts that I’ve selected. I put the initials SU1 above the Rep column and hit the button at the bottom of the screen.
This will bulk update all items that are Selected:
The total number of Corporate Accounts, Jobs and revenue amount visible on the screen at any time is calculated by clicking the Display Totals button.
The view of the CRM Search screen can be modified to include non-corporate accounts as well, by setting the Show toggle to All:
The globe icon will open Google Maps in your browser, using the Corporate Account’s address.
