Moveware will set individual exchange rates for invoicing and costing or purchasing. These rates are defined in the currency exchange rate screen as debtor rates for in the invoicing screen and creditor rates in the purchasing or job costing screen. The system will automatically find the exchange rate matching the invoice or purchase date or the nearest available exchange rate in the past. Using this information, the system will populate the invoice, purchase or costing screens with the rate found in the currency table.
