The comment in the Diary Action ‘Online Customer Quote’ is updated when your client opens the URL link (Online Quote webpage). It will contain the date and time when the Online Quote was last viewed.

This provides a good indication if the client has been viewing the quote.
Until the quote is accepted or declined, you might want to consider to setup sales follow-up. Because every company’s processes vary, there is no standard method of managing sales follow-ups. However, we have pre-set the system to allow you for 3 easy ways to manage your sent and outstanding Online Quotes:

  • Follow-up using task manager

  • Follow-up using KPIs

  • Follow-up using reminders

Follow-up using task manager 

By navigating to your Moveware’s task manager menu, you will be able to see all completed actions with a quote link generated and sent (see figure below). To learn more about the task manager visit the article Using the Task Diary.

Follow-up using KPIs

Navigate to the KPI’s menu and inspect status of all online quotations sent by filtering on the built to purpose KPI (see figure below). To learn more about KPI management visit the article on KPIs.

Follow-up using reminders

There will be an auto reminder that will pop up for the assigned user for all sent Online Quote, as demonstrated below.
