New forms of any user specified type may be created and linked to your company website.

To create a new web form:

1.Navigate to Administration > Moveware Setup > Web Setup in the main menu of Moveware.

2.The Setup tab is displayed by default. Click the Add button at the right of the tab.

3.Leave the Status as Active to display the form online.

4.Set the Code Value to the form type, e.g. set to for a Commercial quote form. This code is used in the URL of the form once it is uploaded.

5.Enter the description and click Save.

Contact, Other Information and Submit sections are added to a new form by default. See Modify a Web Form on Web Portal for instructions to modify the form sections.
