Setting up Automatic Review Question notifications is a great way to increase transparency and improve communication internally during the moving process. Once set up, the crew does not need to do any extra work and Moveware users will automatically be notified when a review question is answered. These messages can be configured to always notify selected employees, or it can only notify them when a particular response is given.
Steps to configure:
Step 1: Navigate to the Mobi Set-up Screen and select the group you want to make modifications for.
Step 2: Next, select the Reviews Tab to open the review questions configuration set up.
Step 3: Find the Review Question you want to set up conditional messaging for. In the example below we are setting this up against the review question “Was any damage caused to the residence?”.
Step 4: Change “Send Message” to “Yes”
Step 5: Select your Message Type- Email, Message (for Moveware pop up message) or SMS. Currently only Message works.
Step 6: Select the user group the message should be sent to in the “Message To” Field. This lookup list shows all the Employee Notify groups set up in Moveware. If a particular group does not exist, a new group can be added by Navigating Codes Management > Set Type filter to “Employee Notify” and add a code and description.
**Please Note: Messages will only be sent for fully completed Review sets**
