New codes may be added to the Moveware system for predefined items such as Appointments, Banks and Web Links. 


How to Add a New Code

  1. Navigate to Administration > Moveware Setup > Codes Management in the main menu. 

  2. Click Add. Enter the Type, Code Value and Description as a minimum. If the code is for a rate calculation, see the types available in Rate Calculation Types

  3. Enter further details as required and click Save. 

Note: Many of these codes are vital to the operation of Moveware and shouldn’t be modified or deleted unless you are sure of the effect. Please contact your System Administrator or Moveware Help Desk to ascertain the effect of changing a specific code before making any changes if you are unsure.
