Moveware Set Up:
Set System Parameter “UseVehicleTypesInInventoryTab” to Y (Yes).
In Codes management, add ImageEditorLabels Codes. The Value entered in the code field will appear on the image being edited. The Colour can be changed by setting the Hex code.
Mobi Configuration:
Create a new RatingType where Code Value=VehCondition. First blank field MUST contain “Inventory” to appear in the checklist button of the inventory item. All other reviews are configured as normal. Workflow:
Enter the vehicles you’re expected to receive into the Inventory Tab of the job. If client submits vehicle details online, then these can be imported in Moveware.
A user can now be assigned to a diary action on the job so they can view, edit, and add to the details through Mobi. To view or edit vehicle details, select the vehicle you are interested in and tap the “Edit” button.
To Add Vehicles: Select the vehicle from the pick list on the right-hand side of the screen. The Vehicle filter can be used to show only vehicles. This list comes directly from Moveware where Inventory Item Type=Vehicle.
To access the vehicle Checklist: Select the “Checklist” button in the vehicles button list. Next select “Edit” and then fill in the details of the vehicle.
To take Pictures of the Vehicle: Select the Picture Icon. This will prompt you whether to take a photo of the car or you can upload from the device’s gallery. Once the image has been taken/uploaded, it will display underneath the review question.
To Edit the review Photo: Double tap on the image and then click “Edit” on the bottom of the screen. The edit screen allows you to label photos with pre-set options or draw on it. To toggle between Draw and Labels, select the button highlighted below.
Sync back the details to Moveware. The details captured in Mobi can get displayed on the report “Vehicle Inspection and Receipt report”
