Items marked for quarantine treatment are entered from the Imports tab of the Jobs Management module. A list of all quarantine items in the system is viewed in the Quarantine Register window. Details of quarantine items may be edited from the Imports tab or the Quarantine Register window. Once a quarantine item is selected most of the details can be edited, including Treatment, Cost, Reference and Key Action Dates .
Note that all dates for each item are entered manually and are not updated from other fields in the system.
To enter quarantine items:
Navigate to the Jobs Management module.
In the Search tab select the required job (see Searching for Job Plans) and navigate to the Imports tab.
Click the Add button at the bottom right of the tab. A blank item with the inspection date set to the quarantine lodgement date.
Enter the item(s) to be treated and double click the Treatment field to enter the method of treatment.
Enter the treatment cost, comments and directions.
Click Save.
To modify a quarantine item:
Navigate to International > Quarantine Register in the main menu.
In the Quarantine Register window select and modify the required item.
Click Save.

Navigate to the Jobs Management module.
In the Search tab double click the Type filter box and select IM to display only import jobs. Select the required job plan and navigate to the Imports tab.
Modify the required item and click the Save button at the bottom of the tab.
