The Organizer menu in Moveware contains modules designed to assist staff with keeping organized. The following modules are included:
Task Diary: View your personal task list.
Move Manager Diary: View the diary of each of your Jobs (as a Move Manager) on one screen.
Appointment Diary: View all appointments scheduled for the current week, or day.
Outlook Inbox: Sync your Outlook Inbox with Moveware to add relevant emails to Jobs, Rate Requests, Waybills, Customers, Agents, or Suppliers.
MoveConnect: View the status of your web-based communication. Automatic emails, MoveTransfer Waybill transfers, and outgoing SMS messages are displayed here.
