Vehicles may be searched and filtered using the search fields at the top of the Fleet Management window. A list of results that match the entered filter criteria will be displayed. Vehicles with overdue registration are displayed in red. The vehicles overdue for servicing based on date or mileage can also be filtered and displayed.
How to Search for a Vehicle:
In the main menu navigate to Operations > Fleet. Existing vehicles are listed in order of Fleet Number below blank search boxes.

Narrow the search further by changing displayed status from Active to Inactive or blank (displays both active and inactive vehicles). Select the Show Overdue checkbox to include vehicles overdue for a mileage service.
The Rego Due column displays the Registration Due date. Enter a date in the box above the column to search for vehicles with Registration Due up until the date that you enter. The same applies with the Service Due column to search by Next Service date, and the Vehicle Service column to search by the Last Service date.
Records may be copied, edited, or deleted. Further details about the vehicles can be viewed in the Service, History, Purchasing and Tasks tabs.
