Moveware has the ability to record all aspects of crate hire, for both included and extended hires. The system will then manage the extended hires and create invoices. The below is an overview of the various Moveware views and their functionality:
Job Management / Diary screen: Enter all details for crate hire
Job Invoice: Details for initial included hire are automatically included
Job Diary: Monthly billing of extended hires
Customer in the Operations / Crate Management module: Monthly billing management at a branch level
