The operations carried out in MoveTransfer are displayed in the MoveConnect window. The window allows users to quickly review the status of incoming and outgoing waybill and removal electronic transfers. It is accessible from the main menu of Moveware in Sales > MoveConnect and Operations > MoveConnect.

Note: The MoveConnect window is also used for other web related modules such as MoveClient and MovePartner etc, so filtering in the Search tab by Type ‘SendWaybill’ or ‘RecvRemoval’ may be required.

The MoveConnect window allows users to:

  • Quickly review the status of any incoming or outgoing waybill/removal data transfer via MoveTransfer.

  • Using the tabs, quickly view the removal plan details associated with any imported waybills without having to navigate to the Removals module in the main menu.

  • Complete/Incomplete the MoveTransfer diary action to perform such actions as:

    • Confirming that a waybill/removal plan has been received and reviewed

    • Cancelling the waybill export process

    • Resending the waybill.

Any actions performed by the MoveConnect Web Service related to MoveTransfer can be seen here. The window allows users to quickly review the status of incoming and outgoing waybill and removal electronic transfers.
