Creating a Waybill from the Jobs module gives you two options:

...

1. Navigate to the Waybill tab of the Jobs Module.

2. Click the Add button at the top left of the tab.

3. A popup will ask you if you would like to add this Removal to an existing Waybill.  Click Yes or No.

4. Follow steps 1 to 10 of Entering Waybill Details.
