  1. Name of Report:  The unique identifier for the report.

  2. Description: This is the report name that is seen by the users.

  3. Report Library: Location of the file inside your server’s directory. The reportrb is the standard Moveware report library directory.

  4. Standard Version: The standard version name of the report

  5. Dialogues: Which report tab in the reports Menu is the report seen in  I.e. Sales, Export, Analysis, Other

  6. Grp: Security Group the report belongs to

  7. RP: Removal Plan (Job) – Does the report display only for a particular Job? Y or N.

  8. WB: Waybill- Does the report use Waybills? Y or N.

  9. R/P: Removal Plan –  Does the report show in the report drop-down in the Jobs module? Y or N.

  10. Ty: Type – What type of report is it
    R = Crystal Report
    E = Excel
    W = Word
    D = Diary Email
    P = PDF
    RB = Report Builder
    EX = Excel
    DB = Dashboard
    CSV = CSV

  11. Mg: Merge – is the report a Word Merge report – Y or N

  12. Em: Email – is the report an email template or does it have an email template associated with it? Y or N.

  13. Version: If the report is a Word Merge – which Word Merge version is it? New Quote, Waybill, Rate Request. Please see Word Mail Merges for additional information.

  14. St: Standard – Is the report an Active document? Y or N. Set any documents that you’d like to remove from your list to N.

  15. Sort: Sort order number. Use this to order your reports in a menu from lowest number to highest.

  16. Total: Number of times the report has been run by staff.
