In Creating Assets we looked at the different ways Products and Items can be added to Moveware.
If your client has requested a pickup or delivery using MovePartner, the Job will already display the Product(s) the client has requested, along with the quantity of Items the Customer has requested of each Product. See the above screenshot, which has a Qty of 1.

Once the user has highlighted the Item(s) to be used on the Job and clicked OK, these Items will be added to the Job below their corresponding Product.

These Items can now be added to Operational Actions on the Diary tab.
