The implementation of MoveSMS requires the setup of a web account with Moveware’s gateway provider and the prepayment of SMS credits. To set up the account, please register your interest on the Moveware Support website or contact your Moveware representative.
Once an account is set up, you may log in to your MoveSMS web account and set up your details. Help instructions are available online by clicking the Help
icon on any page.After logging in to your web account, a customisable dashboard is displayed. You may then set up advanced features of your account, purchase SMS credits, view the SMS terms and conditions, log a support request and review usage history. Once you have purchased SMS credits Moveware will activate your Moveware software to be able to send SMS messages. To utilise MoveSMS more effectively, further setup options are available in Moveware.
Note: It is important to complete key Account and Settings information before commencing use of MoveSMS.
