When moving Items out of storage, all out-of-store items should already be in Moveware. This means that no onsite surveying is required.
A new Job is created, either by the User, or by the Client through MovePartner. When a Job is created through MovePartner, the requested Items for delivery will appear as Products, with the corresponding order Qty set:
When the Job is sync’d into MoveCrew, these Products are visible when the user toggles to show ‘Estimated’ instead of ‘Actual’. The user can scan barcoded actual Items based on the estimated list as per below.

The below screenshots illustrate the process of scanning the Actual Items into MoveCrew based on the Estimates required and syncing the resulting data back into Moveware.
Once the Job is sync’d back into Moveware, the Actual Items display under their corresponding Products as per below:
